Scanning Instructions for old photos:

Scan Images in High Quality JPEG (or TIFF) Format. At least 300 DPI if possible. 600 DPI is optimal. Some scanners have auto-enhance functions. Please turn these off to provide the most accurate and useful scan.

Use color (RGB) scanning, even if you are scanning a black and white photo.

If you are not able to scan photo’s yourself, try Kinko’s or a local copy center. They can usually scan and put on a disk or flash drive for you.

Attach files to an email and send to DG Photo Services.

TYPICAL COST

Simple edits can cost as low as $6.00.

Most typical jobs run about $10 to $15.

Complex jobs will cost more, and vary depending on your needs.
